This was provided to us by the Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management.

The definition of taxi transport is stated in Article 1 of the Passenger Transport Act 2000, namely: taxi transport is passenger transport against payment, not being public transport.
